Lisa Dawn Hebert, 47, a resident of Franklin, passed away Tuesday, November 5, 
2013 at her home.

Lisa was born on October 30, 1966 in Fairfax, Virginia the daughter of Victor 
and Betty Ellifritz Decker.

Lisa loved spending time with her family especially spoiling her grandchildren; 
and she enjoyed cooking for her family when they were all together. She loved 
people as she never met a stranger and she always wanted everyone to be happy. 
She enjoyed going to yard sales to see what she could fine.

She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by five children; Shannon Rink 
of Amelia, Victoria Sibley of Amelia, Robert Sibley of Livingston, Trace Sibley 
of Livingston, Taylor Bowman of Prairieville; seven grandchildren, Alexis, 
Alexa, Paige, Zion, Braydon, Natalie, Tarpley, A'Myah; three sisters; one 
brother.

She was proceeded in death by her parents and one daughter, Ashleigh Sibley.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, November 11, 2013 at Twin 
City Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until the time of 
the service on Monday at the funeral home.
