Glenda was a catholic by faith and a member of St. Stephens Catholic Church. She loved her family with all her heart and did all she could for them. An avid Saints and LSU Fan, she really enjoyed a good ball game! You could rest assured; Glenda would be in her chair before every kick off! Glenda also enjoyed baseball and Tennis. She was a marvelous cook, her specialties were not limited, but her family and her neighbors especially loved her shrimp spaghetti, cornbread dressing and crawfish etouffee. Glenda enjoyed her participation in the Bayou Vista Garden Club where she was a member. The club's Birthday Girls trips which were held every first Tuesday of each month were a favorite of Glenda's because the ladies would all gather and have the time of their lives.
