Jessie Cobbs Sr., a resident of Berwick, passed away Wednesday, February 12, 
2014 at Teche Regional Medical Center. 

Jessie was born on June 19, 1935 in Conroe, Texas the son of Robert Martin 
Cobbs and Eloise Fields Cobbs. 

He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by one son, Robert Cobbs of 
Berwick; four daughters, Jeannine Cobbs of Morgan City, Lisa Chapman and 
husband Michael of Berwick, Wendy Adams and husband Kevin of Patterson, Lois 
Arceneaux and husband Charles of Berwick; fifteen grandchildren; twenty-one 
great grandchildren. 

Jessie was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Ella Cobbs; one son, Jessie 
Cobbs Jr.; three grandchildren; one brother; one sister. 

Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 16, 2014 at Twin City Funeral Home 
beginning at 5pm until 9pm and resume on Monday, February 17, 2014 at the 
funeral home starting at 9am until time of service at 11am. 

Jessie will be laid to rest in the Berwick Cemetery
