A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, February 
18, 2014 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Verdunville, for 
Bernadine Theresa Paul, 80 years old, native and lifelong resident of 
Verdunville, who passed away at 3:46 pm Wednesday, February 12, 2014, at 
Franklin Foundation Hospital. 
Fr. Thomas Vu will celebrate the Mass. 

She will be laid to rest in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery. 

Serving as pallbearers are Derek Stewart, Rodney Landry, Sr., Lannie Paul, Earl 
Landry, Sr., Lawrence Broussard, and Allen Pillaro.

Bernadine was a loving sister and aunt, taking care of many nieces and nephews.

Survivors include three sisters, Vera Paul Thomas, Gertrude Paul Fleming and 
her husband Dennis, Sr., and Roberta Paul Landry; along with numerous other 
family members and friends who loved and adored her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Acry and Marybell Guillory Paul; 
brothers, Acry Paul, Jr., Edison Paul Sr., and Claude Paul, Sr.; her nephew, 
Dennis "DJ" Fleming, Jr.; her brothers-in-law, Lawrence Landry, Sr. and Joseph 
Thomas; and her sisters-in-law, Gloria Paul and Althea Paul.

A gathering of family and friends will be held Tuesday at Immaculate Conception 
Church in Verdunville from 12:00 AM until time of service, with the rosary 
being prayed at 1:30 PM.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Ibert's Mortuary, Inc., 1007 Main Street, 
Franklin, LA
