Albritton will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, April 1, 2014, in the Chapel of Hixson Brothers of Pineville with Dr. C. Stewart Holloway and Dr. Cliff Stewart officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The family asks that visitation be observed, today, Monday, March 31, 2014, at the funeral home from 5 to 8 p.m. and continues from 9 a.m. until the time of the service Tuesday. Mrs. Albritton, 98, of Pineville, passed from this life Friday, March 28, 2014, at her residence. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Pineville for 60 years and was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend who will be dearly missed by those who knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by her husband, H.H. Albritton; son, Jackie Wade Albritton; parents, Julius and Jettie Blankenship Fopay; sisters, Harriet Yancey and Midget Carraway; and brothers, J.B. Fopay, Jack Cochran and H.W. Cox. Those left to cherish her memory include her sons, J.W. Albritton and wife, Ellen, and Herman Albritton; daughters, Henrietta A. Jones and husband, Preston, and Debbie Albritton; and 14 grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews. Pallbearers honored to serve include her grandsons and great-grandsons, Herman Albritton Jr., Gary Jones, Brian Albritton, Andrew Albritton, Kullen Mancil, Ross Albritton, Keith Mancil and Tyler Cook. Honorary pallbearers will be her granddaughters and great-granddaughters, Alicia Jones, Kathy Mancil, Lori Bartoe, Kelli Mancil, Madeline Albritton and Courtnie Cook, Tammy Albritton, Josh Barto, and also Wayne Stagg and Jerry Cunningham. The family would like to extend a big thank you to Stat Home Health, St. Joseph Hospice and Dr. Buckalew and Dr. Brown for their compassion and care for Mrs. Madaline.
