Funeral services for Darren J. Simoneaux will be held Friday, March 28, 2014, 
at 2:00 PM at Ibert's Mortuary. 

He will be laid to rest in the Perpetual Park Cemetery. 
Rev. Kathryn Brand will officiate the services. 

A gathering of family and friends will begin Friday at 11:00 AM at Ibert's 
Mortuary and continue until time of service. Serving as pallbearers will be 
Bradley J. Simoneaux, Wyatt P. Simoneaux, Sr., Jason Robicheaux, Jace Cleary, 
Jaden Cleary, and Wyatt P. Simoneaux, Jr.

Darren passed away at the young age of 47 on Tuesday, March 25, 2014, at his 
home in Baldwin. 

A loving son and brother, Darren had a quiet, kind hearted soul. He was a good 
Christian, loved animals, was a huge Saints and LSU fan and was a sports 
enthusiast in general.

Survivors include his mother, Elizabeth Broussard Simoneaux of Baldwin; two 
brothers, Bradley J. Simoneaux of Baldwin and Wyatt P. Simoneaux, Sr. and his 
wife, Brenda Lee of Maurepas; one sister, Melissa S. Robicheaux and her husband 
Jason of Franklin; four nieces, Tiffany, Alyssa, Chloe, and Cecilia; and five 
nephews, Tyler, Jace, Jaden, Wyatt Jr., and Branden.

He was preceded in death by his father, Dallas J. Simoneaux; as well as by his 
maternal and paternal grandparents.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Ibert's Mortuary, Inc., 1007 Main Street, 
Franklin, LA
