Funeral services for Dexter Paul Baudoin, Sr. will be held at 2:00 PM on 
Thursday, April 10, 2014, at Ibert's Mortuary in Franklin, with a gathering of 
family and friends beginning at 11:00 AM. 

He will be laid to rest in the Franklin Cemetery. 
Pastor Kathryn Brand will officiate the service.

Dexter loved his children dearly as well as all of his family. He enjoyed 
fishing, frogging, and spending time with family and friends. He was also very 
artistic, enjoying writing poetry and drawing. 

Dexter passed away at his residence at the age of 36 on Wednesday, April 2, 
2014. He will be deeply missed.

Survivors include his three children, Dexter P. Baudoin, Jr., Gage Baudoin, and 
Kiera Baudoin; his father and step-mother, Danry J. Baudoin, Sr. and Bridgette 
Durocher Baudoin; four siblings, Danry J. Baudoin, Jr., Darcy Baudoin, Sr., 
Darren Baudoin, and Beth Baudoin; his fiancˇ, Amiee Chapman; his paternal 
grandmother, Elnora Vincent Baudoin; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, 
cousins, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Debra A. Stevens; his paternal 
grandfather, Wilven Baudoin; his maternal grandparents, Jacques Stevens, Sr. 
and Hazel Gardemal Stevens; and an uncle Jacques Stevens, Jr.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that contributions be made to help alleviate 
funeral expenses.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Ibert's Mortuary, Inc., 1007 Main Street, 
Franklin, LA
