Please go to http://usgwarchives.net/la/stmary/obits/dateobits/2014/sm1404.htm and click on the name of interest. ========== Everett Noel "Pop" Driskill Sr., a Lifelong resident of Berwick went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ May 10, 2014, at the age of 79. Everett was a faithful member of Twin City Gospel Temple for many years. An outdoorsman, Everett loved to hunt, fish, trap and spending time at the camp. He took great pride in passing on to all his children and grandchildren the right way to be an outdoorsman. Everett was a jack of all trades. He was a home builder, a construction foreman at Berry Brothers, a commercial fisherman, and crabber. He made his own nets and crab traps. He enjoyed life and did his best to live and make the most of every day. Everett is survived by his daughters Delilah Dupuis and her husband Forest, and Stephanie DeHart and her husband Harris, sons Everett Jr. and his wife Sheila, and Troy and his wife Frances, brothers Tilton "Peewee" Driskill Jr. and his wife Jeanette, and Henry "Butch" Driskill and his wife Beverly, one brother-in- law Herbert Menard, six grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. Everett was preceded in death by his wife of 56 years Della Granier Driskill, parents Tilton Driskill Sr. and Florence Robin, sisters Winifred Menard, Madilyn Bancroft, and one grandson Christopher Blair. Visitation will be held Monday May 12, 2014 at 6 pm until 10 pm at Twin City Gospel Temple. Resuming at the church Tuesday May 13, 2014 at 8 am until service time at 11 am Everett will be laid to rest in the Berwick Mausoleum. ===================
