Leslie Hartman age 52, a native of Franklin, La., and a  resident of Patterson, 
La., died Wednesday, May 28th at Teche Regional Medical Center at 12:40 AM.

Visitation will be Monday, June 2, 2014 at Church of God of Prophecy, in 
Patterson, La., from 9:00 AM until funeral service at 11:00 AM.  

Burial will be in the Home Industrial Cemetery.

Leslie leaves to cherish his memories; his mother, Annie Evelynn Henderson 
Hartman of Patterson, La; his wife, Crystal D. Hartman of Patterson, La; four 
sons, Quade Jones, Quinton Jones, Delvontae Favors and Leslie Favors all of 
Patterson, La; five daughters, Leslie Bennett, Shawna Jones, Martika Jones, 
Honesti Henry and Christiana Favors all of Patterson, La; three brothers, 
Raymond L. Hartman, Mark (Billy) Hartman and Aaron (Vinette) Hartman all of 
Patterson, La; a sister, Mrs. Christopher (Janet) Poole of Patterson, La; seven 
grandchildren, Cameron, Jordan, Janiya Jaliyah, Jace, Makhy and Mya; three 
godchildren and a host of relatives and friends
