A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Tuesday, June 3, 2014, at 2:00 PM 
at the Church of the Assumption for Ruby M. Dupre, a native and resident of 
Franklin, who passed away at the age of 80 on Sunday morning, June 1, 2014, at 
the Franklin Health Care Center. 
Fr. Lloyd Benoit will officiate the mass, with Deacon Douglas Hebert assisting. 

She will be laid to rest in the Franklin Cemetery.

A gathering of family and friends will be held Tuesday at the church from 11:00 
AM until time of Mass, with the rosary being prayed at 1:15 PM followed by the 
eulogy.

Survivors include one son, Kirk Domingue and his wife Tammy; one brother, 
Howard Dupre of Georgia; five grandchildren, Cherie Domingue, Micah Domingue, 
Kirsten Turner and her husband Dennis, Nicholas Domingue, and Joshua Domingue; 
four great grandchildren, Callee, Caylon, and Aubrey Claire Domingue, and 
Jordyn Jackson; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by one son, Brent Domingue; one grandson, Corey 
Domingue; her parents, Ozema and Lelia Pontiff Dupre; and eight siblings, 
Jenny, Herbert, Ferdinand, Lawrence, Laura, Charles, Lelia "Pookie", and Joe 
Legnon.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Ibert's Mortuary, Inc., 1007 Main Street, 
Franklin, LA
