Annie Mae Simon a longtime resident of Morgan City, and a native of Kaplan, 
passed away June 8, 2014 in Morgan City at the age of 85.

Annie Mae was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church.

Annie Mae is survived by her niece Donna Ross and her husband Lanny of, Morgan 
City, sisters Neola Hargrave of Kaplan, Lona Myers of Bayou Vista, Ouida 
Blanchard of Morgan City and Earline Liner of Morgan City and numerous nieces 
and nephews.

Proceeded in death by her husband of 57 years Wilfred Simon, parents Francis 
and Eugenia Romero, brothers Minus Romero and Andrew Romero, sister Marie Roy.

Visitation will be Tuesday June 10, 2014 at Hargrave Funeral Home from 6 pm 
until 9 pm. Visitation will continue at Hargrave Funeral Home Wednesday June 
11, 2013 8 am until 10.30 am.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at Holy Cross Catholic Church at 
11 am. 

Annie Mae will be laid to rest in the Morgan City Cemetery.
