Audrey "Deedy" Johnson-Bradford, age 87, a native of Berwick, La., and a 
resident of Morgan City, La., died Sunday, July 6, 2014 at her residence in 
Morgan City at 10:00 PM.

Visitation will be Saturday, July 12, 2014 at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, 507 
Fourth St., Morgan City, La., from 11:00 AM until funeral services at 1:00 PM. 

Burial will be in the Morgan City Cemetery. 
Officiating, Pastor Larry Frank.

"Mrs. Deedy" as she was affectionately known was an entrepreneur, owning her 
own motel and club, along with her husband the late William Bradford, Sr.

Audrey leaves to cherish her memories; six sons, Ricky Bradford, Sr., of Morgan 
City, La; Corey (Fa'izah) Bradford of  Seattle, Wa., Kennith (Betty) Bradford, 
Sr., of Berwick, La., Cary (Pauline) Bradford, Sr., of Dallas, Tx., Williams 
(Yvonne) Bradford, III of Houma, La., and Shawn (Rose) Bradford of Fort Smith, 
Ar.; two daughters, Neva Green of Morgan City, La., and Captain Darrell 
(Dionne) Sanders of San Antonio, Tx.; two brothers, James (Deloris) Johnson of 
Morgan City, La., and Alvin (Lottie) Johnson, Sr., of Carson, Ca.; a sister, 
Jacqueline Davis of Morgan City, La; nineteen grandchildren, thirteen great 
grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Murphy Johnson, Sr., and Edith 
Johnson, and her husband, William Bradford, Sr., a brother, Murphy Johnson, 
Jr., a sister, Lula Madise.
