Carolyn was born on January 14, 1940 in Berwick the daughter of Adam and Lucille Hays Robicheaux. Carolyn was always dedicated to her church and volunteered for whatever work needed to be done. As a woman of strong faith she was dedicated to her local prayer chain. She was an avid sports fan and loved watching Saints football games. She enjoyed traveling to McNeese State University in the 1980's to watch her son play football. Her daughter was in the McNeese band. She enjoyed reading and sewing as well as traveling with her family. Of all the things Carolyn did in life the thing she loved most was spending time with her family and friends; especially her dear friend Ramona Budd. One of her favorite pass times was talking on the phone. We will all miss her calls. She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her husband, Jesse Larive of Berwick; four children, Jeslyn Angeron and husband Danny of Berwick, Lane Larive and wife Laura of Patterson, Jonni Wilkinson and husband Nathan of Patterson, Marae Playe and husband Raymond of East Providence, Rhode Island; seven grandchildren, Shannon Navarro, Brad Angeron, Megan Larive, Hailey Wilkinson, Luke Larive, Kathryn Wilkinson, Daniel Playe; two great grandchildren, Lauren Navarro and Emma Navarro; and her brother, Merwyn Robicheaux of Morgan City. Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents, Adam Robicheaux and Lucille Hays Robicheaux. Services will be held at a later date. ===================
