BROWN, JOHNNY, JR.

Mr. Johnny Brown Jr., 93, a resident of Franklin and native of Louisa, died 
Sunday, August 24, 2014, at 7:41 a.m., at his residence following a short 
illness.

He is survived by his wife, Clara Bell Burrell Brown of Franklin; two 
daughters, Joni Etta Brown and Nina Reed, both of Franklin; one sister, Doretha 
Brown of Jeanerette; one aunt, Daisy Broussard of Glencoe; nine grandchildren; 
12 great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildlren.

Visitations will be observed Saturday, Sept. 6, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., at Otis 
Mortuary Chapel.
Burial rites will be read Saturday, at 1 p.m., at the mortuary, with the Rev. 
W.J. Otis officiating.

The Otis Mortuary of Franklin is in charge of preparations.
