Jeppy was a member of St. Bernadette Catholic Church. He proudly served his country in the Army National Guard obtaining the rank of platoon Sergeant. Jeppy retired as an auto mechanic from Jep's Auto Repair. A business he began in 1978. A avid lifetime bowler, he is a member of the Morgan City Bowling Hall of Fame. Jeppy is survived by his wife Shirley Keller Romero of Bayou Vista. Three sons Carl and his wife Jannis Whiddon Romero of Magnolia, Ar., Dennis and his wife Jackie Begnaud Romero of Berwick, and Michael and his wife Kathy Bernard Romero of North Beach, Maryland. One daughter Alice Romero Stoll and her husband David of Springdale, Ar. One sister Jeanette Romero Beadle. Five grandchildren and one great grandchild. Jeppy was preceded in death by his parents Clemier and Louise Romero, three brothers, AC Romero, Samuel Romero and Donald Romero, and three sisters, Mildred Romero Michel, Lucy Romero Falgout, and Patricia Romero Ebeling. Visitation will take place Tuesday, September 2, 2014 at Hargrave Funeral Home in Morgan City from 10 am until 2 pm. Funeral Services will begin at 2 pm. He will be laid to rest in the Berwick Mausoleum. Army National Guard ===================
