Mary Bell Jackson-Davis, age 77,  a resident of Franklin, LA died Saturday, 
November 29, 2014 at 12:20 PM at Iberia Extended Care Hospital in New Iberia, 
LA.

Visitation will be Friday, December 5, 2014 at the St. Joseph Baptist Church in 
St. Joseph, LA., from 9:00 AM until funeral services at Noon PM. 

Burial will follow services in the St. Joseph Cemetery in St. Joseph, LA.

Mary leaves to cherish her memories her husband, Eugene Davis of Franklin, LA; 
four sons, James Davis (Lorrie), Reverend John Davis, Sr. (Simone), and Barry 
Davis (Carla) all of Franklin, LA and Ronald Davis, Sr. (Sharon) of Lafayette, 
LA; one daughter, Mary Ann Hawkins of Franklin, LA; a grand daughter she raised 
as a daughter, Kandice Hawkins of Houston, TX; two brothers, Louis Jackson of 
San Bernadino, CA and Nolan Jackson of Four Corners, LA; one sister, Lessie 
Edwards of Jeanerette, LA; fourteen grandchildren and six great-grandchildren 
and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank Jr. and Lou Ada August-Jackson; 
two brothers, John D. Jackson and Frank Jackson, III and two sisters, Vernell 
Lewis and Gertrude Hose.
