Please go to http://usgwarchives.net/la/stmary/obits/dateobits/2015/sm1501.htm and click on the name of interest. ========== On Tuesday morning, January 13, 2015, God sent his angel to the Teche Regional Medical Center in Morgan City, LA to deliver Dorothy Mae Berry-Lane, age 87, a resident of Morgan City, Louisiana to her eternal resting place. Mrs. Lane was an Educator, retiring from the St. Mary Parish School System. Visitation will be observed on Saturday, January 17, 2015 at the New Zorah Baptist Church 604 Julia Street Morgan City, LA, from 12 Noon until funeral services at 2:00 PM. Reverend Terry L. Joseph, Sr. will officiate the services. Burial will follow in the Morgan City Cemetery. Cherished and divine memories of "Dorothy Mae" will forever be remembered by her beloved and loving son, Terrence "Terry" Lane of Breaux Bridge, LA; two sisters, Iola Harris of Morgan City, LA and Mary L. Berry of Kenner, LA; one grandson, Derek Lane of Lafayette, LA and one nephew, Michael Maxwell of CA; as well as other relatives and friends. Mrs. Lane was preceded in death by her parents, Givens Berry, Jr. and Carrie Harris and her husband Clarence Lane. ===================
