Timothy R. Smith, Sr., age 51, a resident of Patterson, La., died Thursday, 
January 15, 2015 at Teche Regional Medical Center at 6:20 AM.

Visitation will be observed on Friday, January 23, 2015 at the Miracle Revival 
Church in Bayou Vista, La., from 9:00 AM until funeral services at 1:00 PM.  

Burial will be in the Home Industrial Cemetery in Patterson, La.

Cherished and divine memories of Timothy will forever be remembered by his 
beloved wife, Cynthia M. Smith of Patterson, LA; his loving mother, Mary Louise 
Smith of Patterson, LA ; one son, Timothy Ray Smith, Jr. of Patterson, LA; four 
brothers, Jonathan A. Smith (Linda) of Berwick, LA, Tyler Smith (Gidged) of 
Lafayette, LA, George Williams, III (Lynette) of Patterson, LA and Tillman 
Hall, III of Houston, TX; one sister, Loraine Butler of Patterson, LA  his 
mother-in-law and sister-in-law Celestine Mouton and Patrice Mouton both of 
Patterson, LA; as well as other relatives and friends.

Timothy was preceded in death by his father, Tillman Hall, Jr., one son, Jamie 
Stevenson and one brother, Tanny Smith.
