A longtime resident of Morgan City passed away January 16, 2015 in the Patterson nursing home at the age of 96. Inez enjoyed to sewing and loved history and genealogy. She is and decendant of the Pennison, Morrison, and Simoneaux Families. She was original member of the Pink Ladies of Lakewood Hospital Auxillary, a member of The United Daughter of the Confederacy a Heraldry organization. Inez will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved this wonderful lady. Inez leaves behind to cherish her memories her son Roland R. Stansbury of Morgan City, grandson Roland R. Stansbury Jr. and wife Spring Elizabeth of New Iberia, great grandchildren Roland R. Stansbury III and Heather Jeannette Stansbury. Inez is preceded in death by her husband Roland H. Stansbury, parents Rene` and Justilia Simoneaux Pennison, brother Walter G. Pennison, sister-in-law Agnes Pennison and Stanley Joseph Pennison. Visitation will be Sunday January 18, 2015 at Hargarve Funeral Home 4 pm until 9 pm. Visitaion will continue Monday January 19, 2015 at 8 am until services. Funeral services will be at Hargreave Funeral Home at 10 am. Inez will be laid to rest in the Morgan City Cemetery. ===================
