Please go to http://usgwarchives.net/la/stmary/obits/dateobits/2015/sm1502.htm and click on the name of interest. ========== Memorial services will be held Sunday, February 8, 2015 at 4:00 PM at Ibert's Mortuary in Franklin for Margaret "Peggy" Hale Rochel Mire, 85, a native of Patterson and resident of Franklin, who passed away Tuesday, February 3, 2015, at her residence surrounded by her loving family. A gathering of family and friends will be held Sunday at Ibert's Mortuary from 1:00 PM until time of service. Ms. Peggy was a loving and devoted mother and dad, grandmother, sister, and aunt. She was best known for her gracious style and warm greetings as hostess at the Forest Restaurant. She will be deeply missed by all. Survivors include eight children, Diane M. Nix and her husband Mike, Danny Mire and his wife Sue, Maria M. Cole and her husband Ronnie, John Mire and his wife Debbie, David Mire and his wife Cindy, Robert Bienvenu and his wife Suzette, Debbie Huang and her husband Andrew and Darrell Alexander and his wife Melodee; three brothers, Howard Lee Rochel, Jr., Hale Rochel and his wife Emma, Bill Rochel; two sisters, Cary R. Rentrop and her husband Charles, Linda R. Crappell and her husband Clyde; 17 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Howard Lee Rochel, Sr. and Margaret Hale Rochel; her maternal and paternal grandparents. The Mire family would like to give special thanks to Dr. Roland Degeyter, the Franklin Foundation Hospital and to her amazing and loyal sitters, Shelby Concienne and Amber Richard for the great care given to their loved one. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Lung Association or the American Cancer Society.
