Please go to http://usgwarchives.net/la/stmary/obits/dateobits/2015/sm1503.htm and click on the name of interest. ========== Shirley Lamaire Beadle, 76, a native of Kaplan and resident of Lafayette passed away on Wednesday, March 11, 2015 at Abbeville General Hospital. Shirley was a devout catholic and attended church on a regular basis until her illness prevented her from going. She was a very loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother to her family. Shirley was known for her kind heart and caring nature; she volunteered her services to the elderly and would deliver for Meals on Wheels. She also was a die-hard Saints fan win or lose. Shirley will be lovingly remembered by all her family and friends. Shirley is survived by her husband, Jim Beadle Sr. of Lafayette; two sons: Jim Beadle Jr. and wife, Jeanne of Carencro and Wade Beadle of Louisburg, NC; three grandchildren: Brandi Viator, Sam J. Beadle and Megan Beadle; two great granddaughters: Lilah and Aaliyha; two brothers: Steve and Gilbert Touchet; two sisters: Dolores Theriot and Velma Prejean along with a host of nieces and nephews. Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, Oscar and Lucille Touchet and one brother, Jerry Touchet There will be a visitation on Friday, March 13, 2015 at Twin City Funeral Home beginning at 9am until time of service at 11am. She will be laid to rest following the service in the Morgan City Cemetery. ===================
