Please go to http://usgwarchives.net/la/stmary/obits/dateobits/2015/sm1503.htm and click on the name of interest. ========== Funeral services for Donna Ann Bolner will be held Tuesday, March 17, 2015, at a 1:30 PM Memorial Mass of Christian burial at the Church of the Assumption in Franklin. Fr. Billy Ruskoski will be the Celebrant for the Mass. A gathering of family and friends will be held Monday at Ibert's Mortuary in Franklin from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM. Visiting will resume Tuesday at the Church of the Assumption at 12:00 PM and continue until time of service. A private inurnment will be held at a later date. A native and longtime former resident of Franklin and a resident of Morgan City for the past 6 years, Donna passed away at the age of 47 on Friday, March 13, 2015, at Teche Regional Medical Center. Donna was a licensed cosmetologist, practicing for many years in Franklin. She had a loving and captivating smile that would light up the room and was the kind of friend that you could call on at any time and was always there for you. Anyone who knew Donna knew that children were her passion. She was affectionately called "Nanny Donna" by the many children in her life that she so deeply loved. She enjoyed cooking and baking, was an avid LSU fan, and was the unofficial mom to all the dancers at the Dance Factory. She will be fondly remembered and deeply missed by all who knew her. Survivors include three brothers, Brian Bolner and his wife Martha "Marttie" of Lafayette, Lynn "Duke" Bolner and his wife Donna of Centerville, and Barry Bolner and his wife Dr. Natalie Dishman of Morgan City; four nephews and two nieces, Nicklaus Bolner, Joshua Bolner, James "JR" Bolner, Blake Bolner, Angela Lala, and Brooke Bolner; her god-parents, Oray and Louise Rogers; as well as numerous other family members and countless friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dale Robert Bolner and Marguerite Becnel Bolner; her maternal grandparents, John and Ruby Cissna; her paternal grandparents, Albert and Almeda Bolner; one niece, Maggie Comeaux Hebert; and a special family friend, John Gunner Jr. Arrangements have been entrusted to Ibert's Mortuary, Inc., 1007 Main Street, Franklin, LA ===================
