Davis, 49, a native of Lafayette, La., and a resident of Patterson, LA, passed away Saturday, May 23, 2015 at the Teche Regional Medical Center in Morgan City at 12:55 AM. Visitation will be observed on Saturday, May 30, 2015 at Little Zion Baptist Church 256 Prairie Rd N Franklin (Verdunville), La., from 9:00 AM until funeral services at 11:00 AM, with the Reverend Rose Marie Austin officiating the services. Burial will follow services in the Nazarene Cemetery. Bishop Davis leaves to cherish her loving memories, her husband, Richard Bernard Davis, Sr., of Patterson, La., a son, Richard Bernard (Alicia) Davis, Jr., of New Iberia, La., two daughters, Rafaella Williams-Wallace and Derilyn Williams both of Lafayette, La; two brothers, Joseph Williams of Verdunville, La., and Ralph (Cheryl) Williams of Phoenix, AR; seven sisters, Prophetess Charlottemaine Auston of North Carolina, Prophetess Martha A. Butler (Lloyd) and Carolyn (Gary) Paul both of Verdunville, La., Rose A. Rhine (Donald) of Patterson, La., Olivia McChristian of Galveston, TX., Vicki Burrell and Terriann (Earl) Thomas of New Iberia, La; five grandchildren, Riyah Washington, Zoe Spain, Delonrick Williams, Christian Wallace and Niana Wallace; two sisters-in-law, Pamela M. Sanders of Patterson, La., and Darlene D. Carbins of Berwick, La., a brother-in-law, Joseph "Rip" (Patricia) Davis of Morgan City, La; and a host of relatives and friends. Bishop Davis was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Isabella Austin- Williams, a brother, Martin Richardson, two sisters, Evelyn Esparza and Margaret Perry and a grandson, Richard Bernard Davis, III. ===================
