Daniel G. Brossard a longtime resident of New Iberia passed away June 6, 2015 
in Franklin at the age of 83.

Daniel proudly served his country in the United States Air Force during the 
Korean Conflict. 
After his service career he became the owner of the Sea Food Hut in Las Cruces, 
New Mexico. 
After the death of his wife Daniel decided it was time to move home to New 
Iberia with his family. 
With Daniel's existence restaurant experience he became an offshore cook. In 
his free time he enjoyed dancing, fishing and lessening to Cajun French Music.

Daniel is survived by his children Herb Broussard and wife Janie, Mona Busbice 
and husband Joey, and Steve Broussard. His brother Raywood Broussard, 
grandchildren Joey, Jorden, Jessa, Jacey, and Taylor.

Daniel was preceded in death by his wife Mary Jo Broussard, his son Albert 
Broussard, his parents, one sister and three brothers.

Daniel's wishes were to be cremated and buried in the Santa Fe National 
Cemetery.
