Please go to http://usgwarchives.net/la/stmary/obits/dateobits/2015/sm1506.htm and click on the name of interest. ========== A memorial Mass of Christian burial for Louise Bruno Graffeo will be celebrated Monday, June 15, 2015, at 12:00 PM at the Church of the Assumption in Franklin. Father Lloyd Benoit will be the Celebrant for the Mass. A gathering of family and friends will be held Monday at the church from 10:00 AM until time of Mass. A private inurnment will be held at a later date. A native and lifelong resident of Franklin, Louise was born on September 20, 1928 to the late Joseph and Maria Soprano Bruno. She passed away peacefully at the age of 86 with her family by her side on Wednesday, June 10, 2015, at Franklin Health Care Center. Louise was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend who absolutely adored her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren, who were her pride and joy. Some of her favorite pastimes in life were gardening, cooking, sharing recipes, and visiting with her dear friends. She was a lifelong member of the Church of the Assumption and was an adorer at the Perpetual Adoration Chapel at St. John Elementary School. She also devoted all of her love and energy to her church in helping with the annual St. Joseph's Altar. She will be fondly remembered and deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Survivors include her daughters, Debbie LeBlanc and her husband Keith and Johnnie Alexander and her husband Mark; four grandchildren, Nick Russell and his girlfriend Tori, Michelle DiBenedetto and her husband Kevin, Mark Alexander, Jr. and his fiancé Ashley, and Carly Alexander; twin great granddaughters, Gracie and Gia DiBenedetto; her sister, Margie Alexander; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Louise was preceded in death by her husband Johnny J. Graffeo; her brothers, Raoul, Russell, Kelly, A. J., and Camille "Skinny" Bruno, and her sisters, Mary Dobson, Tina Butcher, and Sara Bruno.
