Please go to http://usgwarchives.net/la/stmary/obits/dateobits/2015/sm1506.htm and click on the name of interest. ========== A Mass of Christian Burial celebrating the life of Raymond Prince will be held on Friday, June 19, 2015, at 2:00 PM at Church of the Assumption in Franklin. He will be laid to rest in the Perpetual Park Cemetery. Father Lloyd Benoit will be the Celebrant for the Mass. A gathering of family and friends will be held Friday, June 19, 2015, at Ibert's Mortuary from 11:00 AM until 1:45 PM, with the rosary being prayed at 12:30 PM led by The Men's Cursillo Group. A loving father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend to many, "Pop", as he was affectionately known, will be fondly remembered and missed by all who knew him. Raymond was a native Baldwin and a long time resident of Franklin. He passed away at the age of 75 on Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at the Franklin Health Care Center after a courageous battle against cancer. Raymond proudly served his country in the United States Navy, enlisting in 1957 and receiving an honorable discharge in 1959. Survivors include his daughter, Emmy P. Judice and her husband Clint; four grandchildren, Haden, Connor Elizabeth, Noah and Ethan Judice; his brothers, Forrest, David, Russel and Larry Prince and one sister, Joyce Prince Adams. He was preceded in death by his beautiful daughter, Holly Ann Prince; his parents, David and Revah Dolittle Prince; his brothers, U.J., Arnold and Charles Prince and sisters, Dorothy P. Trautman and Elaine P. Falterman. Serving as pallbearers will be Haden Judice, Noah Judice, Chad Judice, David Rogers, Ned Smith and Freddie Polito.
