PERCLE, JERRY LUCIUS, SR.
December 11, 1933 - July 10, 2015

Jerry Lucius Percle Sr., 81, a resident of Berwick went home to be with his 
Lord and Savior on Friday, July 10, 2015 at Teche Regional Medical Center.

Jerry was born on December 11, 1933 in Berwick, the son of Charles Percle Sr. 
and Myrtle Fromenthal Percle.

Jerry's journey on this earth ended so now he can live eternal life in 
paradise. He was a loving and caring man who loved his family and had a great 
compassion for animals. 
Jerry was a simple man who loved life, his family, and enjoyed hunting and 
fishing. He was always generous to everyone as he would give away whatever he 
would catch, never keeping any for himself. Jerry dedicated his life to his 
work as a crew boat captain, always providing for his family which he loved so 
dearly.

He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by three children, Kathy 
Pinkard and husband Michael of Bayou 'Lourse, Janet Percle of Bayou L'Ourse, 
Jerry L. Percle Jr. of Berwick; nine grandchildren, Mellissa Alleman, Dallas 
Lynn Gallegos, Kovee Lynn Gregory, Kenneth E. Gregory III, Corey Lee Percle, 
James Lee Percle, Ciara Marie Percle, Darla Rose Percle, Selena Marie Percle; 
21 great grandchildren.

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents; Charles Percle Sr. and Myrtle 
Fromenthal Percle; his wife, Markita Rose Percle; his daughter, Rhonda Lee 
Percle; one brother, Charles Percle Jr.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 12, 2015 
at Twin City Gospel Church in Berwick. The visitation will resume at 10:00 a.m. 
on Monday, July 13, 2015 until, and again from 9:00 a.m. until the funeral 
service at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at Twin City Gospel. 

After the services Jerry will be laid to rest in the Berwick Cemetery.
