Please go to http://usgwarchives.net/la/stmary/obits/dateobits/2015/sm1509.htm and click on the name of interest. ========== Annise Louise Scarabin Viola, 85, a native of Venice and resident of Morgan City passed away on Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at Teche Regional Medical Center. Annise was a kind and gentle person, who had a generous heart. Everyone who knew her loved her. Her death has left her family with broken hearts and will be greatly missed. She loved to dance and listen to music and enjoyed doing jig saw puzzles. She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by two sons: Sammy Viola and wife Cindy of Bayou Vista and Gary Viola and companion Donna Gaylor of Morgan City; one daughter, Yvonne Viola and companion, Bill Gilkey of Maryville, Tenn.; one brother, Herbert Scarabin of Venice; six grandchildren: Sammy II, Jennifer, Marc, Carl, Anna and Rachel and three great grandchildren: Julian, Avery and Luci. Annise was preceded in death by her husband, Sam Viola; her parents, Joseph and Josephine Scarabin; seven brothers: Joseph, Anthony, Ernest, Randolph, Herman, Vincent and Mark Scarabin along with three sisters: Mary Morgan, Margeret Buras and Dorothy Ciacello. Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2015 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church beginning at 9am until the time of Mass at 10am. Annise will be laid to rest following the Mass in the Morgan City Cemetery next to her husband Sam. ===================
