He will be laid to rest in Perpetual Park Cemetery in Franklin. Serving as pallbearers will be Max Leaming, Ethan Leaming, Phillip Amador Jr., and Osmedy "Eddy" Moreno Max, as he was lovingly called, was born in Metairie and was a resident of Franklin. He passed away on Wednesday, October 7, 2015, at the tender age of 5 with his beloved friend and puppy, Scooter, by his side. He was a kindergartener at Raintree Elementary School in Baldwin. A loving and affectionate boy, Max could charm his way into anybody's heart. He truly loved everyone he came in contact with and never shied away from anything. He had just lost his first tooth. Some of his favorite things were anything electronic, robots, transformers, and raviolis. Max wanted to be a policeman so he could fight bad guys, just like his Dad. He loved nature, had a great imagination, and loved to pretend he was on an investigation, looking for clues with his trusted K-9 partner, Scooter. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. Max is survived by his father Stephen David Amador; his mother, Gabrielle "Gabby" Leaming Amador and her companion Osmedy "Eddy" Moreno; three sisters, Gwendolyn Fisher, Maranda Fisher, and Lydia Price; his paternal grandmother and step-grandfather, Dolores Amador-Hernandez and Joe Hernandez; maternal grandparents, Gayle Leaming and Harold Leaming; his maternal great grandmother, Isabelle Cook Dufilho; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and family members. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Phillip Amador; and great grandmother, Lucille Frances. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you please consider making memorial contributions to the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund, Supporter Services, 901 E Street, NW, Suite 100, Washington, DC. Arrangements have been entrusted to Ibert's Mortuary, Inc., 1007 Main Street, Franklin, LA ===================
