Warren "Tootsie" James, Jr.,  age 58,  a native and resident of Berwick, LA, 
passed away on Thursday, December 3, 2015 at 5:16 AM at the Patterson Health 
Care Center in Patterson.

Visitation will be observed on Thursday, December 10, 2015 at Deep Waters 
Ministries 1120 Lia St, Patterson, LA 70392,  from 8:00 AM until funeral 
services at 11:00 AM. The Overseer Muriel Brown will officiate the services. 

Entombment will follow funeral services in the Mausoleum Section of the Ibert's 
Memorial Park in Patterson, LA .

Known as "Tootsie" to all who knew and loved him, Warren leaves his legacy of 
love with his loving wife, Deborah Declouet James of Berwick, LA; his beloved 
mother, Myrtle James of Bayou Vista, LA; two sons, Derace James (Irma) of 
Lafayette, LA and Dalton Alexander, Jr. of Patterson, LA; three daughters, 
Adrian I. Baytop,  LaKeisha Delclouet (Desmond)and Umeka Richard all of 
Patterson, LA; five sisters, Bessie Jones of Morgan City, LA, Elizabeth 
Griffin, Geraldine James and Carolyn James all of Berwick, LA and Annie Gant 
(Richard) of Patterson, LA; twelve grandchildren; five god-children, William 
"Beedie" Carr, Annique Gant, Travis Nicholas , Jairiel Williams and  Billy Ray 
Westley and a host of nieces, nephews, dear friends and loved ones.

Warren was preceded in death by his father, Warren James, Sr.; a sister, Donna 
Gail James and both his maternal and paternal grandparents.
