Louis Nerve, age 62, a native of Lafayette, La., and a  resident of 
Centerville, LA died Friday, December 11, 2015 at 1:43 AM at his residence.

Visitation will be observed on Saturday, December 19, 2015 at Jones Funeral 
Home Chapel, 1101 Main St., Franklin, La., from 10:00 AM until funeral services 
at 1:00 PM. 

Burial will follow services in the Nazarene Cemetery in Verdunville, La.

Louis leaves to cherish his wonderful memories his sisters, Elsie Lightfoot and 
Lori (Bell) Nerve  of Franklin, La., Mary Ann Kemp Beverly of Verdunville, La., 
Judy Delaune (Edward) of Morgan City, La., Carol Ann Lewis (Darren) of 
Centerville, La. and Mattie Nerve of Patterson, La; six brothers, Charlie 
Nerve, Sr.(Caroline) of St. Martinville, La., Polite (Irene) Nerve of 
Jeanerette, La., Henry Lee Nerve (Barbara) and Harry Lee Nerve (Linda) both of 
Franklin, La., Paul Nerve (Michelle) of Verdunville, La and David (Janet) Nerve 
of Patterson, La; as well as a host of other relatives and friends.

Louis was preceded in death by his parents; Mary and Charlie Nerve, Sr.; a 
sister, Gladys Nerve; two aunts, Margaret Louis and Louise Granger; paternal 
grandparents, Polite (Gladys) Nerve; maternal grandparents, Henry (Mary) 
Johnson; three uncles, Clarence Johnson, Wilie Johnson and Henry Johnson; two 
nieces, Tasha Nerve and Chardae Nerve.
