Gayneaux Paul Trahan, Jr., age 52, passed away at 11:55 AM on Wednesday, 
December 30, 2015, at Lafayette General Hospital. 

Paul, as he was known by most, was a native and lifelong resident of Franklin 
who loved music and playing his guitar. 

A gathering of family and friends will be held Monday, January 4, 2016, at 
Ibert's Mortuary in Franklin from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM and again Tuesday from 
11:00 AM until time of dismissal at 2:30 PM. 

Burial will follow in the Perpetual Park Cemetery.

Paul is survived by his four daughters, Daisha Lange, Delilah Daigle, Maizy 
Trahan, and Mersady Hill; three grandchildren, Luke and Lyzah Lange and Aeris 
Daigle; his mother, Ann Elizabeth Swallow; as well as three sisters and 
numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father Gayneaux Paul Trahan Sr.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to help alleviate 
funeral expenses.
