Lynn enjoyed the outdoors such as fishing, hunting and going to the family camp which was like his second home. Lynn loved to cook up his own concoctions of the wild game and fish that he caught, shot, or trapped himself. Lynn had a larger than life personality; to know him was a true pleasure. A jokester, Lynn was constantly telling jokes for the amusement of others. Lynn was a blessing in everyone’s life; he will forever be missed but never forgotten. Lynn is survived by his wife of 28 years, Tina Otto of Patterson; his stepdaughter, Sarah Martin; two sisters, Ann Briggs and her husband, Gary, and Roxanne Benoit and her husband, Brian; two brothers, Johnny Olivier and his wife, Prissy, and James Otto; and many nieces, nephews, and dear friends. Lynn was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Margaret Otto Sr.; one brother, Richard Olivier; and maternal and paternal grandparents. The family requests that visitation be observed Friday, March 4, 2016, from 9 a.m. until time of services at Hargrave Funeral Home. A Celebration of Lynn’s life will take place at 1 p.m. at Hargrave Funeral Home with Lynn being laid to rest in the Morgan City Cemetery. The family would like to express their deep gratitude to the Neuro ICU at Ochsner’s Foundation Hospital for their wonderful care of Lynn during his stay. ===================
