Please go to http://usgwarchives.net/la/stmary/obits/dateobits/2016/sm1603.htm and click on the name of interest. ========== Barbara Delano Fraley, a native of El Dorado, Arkansas and a resident of Bayou Vista for the past 52 years, passed away at the age of 82 on Saturday, March 12, 2016, at 12:15 p.m. at Teche Regional Medical Center. Barbara was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, whose grandchildren absolutely adored her. She was a 1st grade teacher for over 25 years at Bayou Vista Elementary School and was a longtime member of Patterson United Methodist Church. Some of her passions in life were quilting and painting. She will be fondly remembered and deeply missed. Those she leaves to cherish her memory include her children, Michael "Bird" Fraley and his wife Julia, Paul Fraley and his wife Betty, John Fraley and his wife Glenda, David Fraley, Barbara Lynn Fraley, Patricia Fraley Gleason, and Kimberly Fraley Williams and her husband Donnie; as well numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dennis William Fraley, Jr.; her daughter, Elizabeth Ann Fraley; her parents, Ralph Randolph Delano and Leola McDonald Delano; and her sister, Mary Elizabeth Delano Sample. A gathering of family and friends will be held Tuesday, March 15, from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Ibert's Mortuary in Patterson. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 16, at 10:00 a.m. at Patterson United Methodist Church, with Rev. Steven Porter officiating. She will be laid to rest with her husband in Arlington Memorial Park Cemetery in El Dorado, Arkansas. Arrangements have been entrusted to Ibert's Mortuary, Inc. ===================
