Ophelia Domingue Waguespack, a native of Charenton and a longtime resident of 
Franklin, passed away peacefully at the age of 76 on Friday, April 22, 2016, at 
her daughter's home following a lengthy illness.

Fee, as she was affectionately known by family and friends, was best known in 
her community through her longtime employment at Danny's Fried Chicken in 
Franklin. Some of her favorite pastimes were crocheting, tending to her plants, 
and the challenge of a good jigsaw puzzle. But what brought her the most joy 
was spending time with her family, especially her great grandchildren. Her love 
for friends and family was truly unconditional. She was loved by all and will 
be sadly missed.

Survivors include her daughter, Cheryl W. Adams and her husband Gary; her 
grandchildren, Natasha Heidbrink, Lacie Heidbrink and her husband Joey, and 
George Adams; her great grandchildren, Madison, Logan, Owen, Cullen, and Jacen; 
her sisters, Fannie Mae Marcotte and Mable "Shortie" Collins; and numerous 
nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Clayton Henry Waguespack Jr.; her 
father, Albert Domingue; her mother and step-father, Annette and Albert Lombus; 
and her sisters, Theresa Domingue, Lucille Domingue, and Louise Hunter.

A gathering of family and friends will be held Wednesday, April 27, at Ibert's 
Mortuary in Franklin from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m., with the Holy Rosary 
being prayed at 11:00 a.m. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at Ibert's 
at 12:00 p.m. Father Lloyd Benoit will conduct the services. 

She will be laid to rest with her husband in the Franklin Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers will be Chris Adams, Tim Adams, Matt Adams, Keith 
Daigle, Joey Heidbrink, and Rodney Drash. Honorary pallbearers will be Brad 
Adams and Logan Heidbrink.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Ibert's Mortuary, Inc., 1007 Main St., 
Franklin, LA
