Memorial services will be held Saturday, May 28, 2016, at 2:00 p.m. at Ibert's 
Mortuary in Franklin, with a gathering of family and friends beginning at 1:00 
p.m., for Frank A. Corcoran Sr., a native and former longtime resident of New 
Orleans and a 10 year resident of Alexandria, who passed away on Saturday, May 
14, 2016, at his son's home in Franklin.

Frank, who was affectionately known as LSU PawPaw by his family, is survived by 
his wife of 33 years, Sheila West; four children, Frank A. Corcoran Jr. and his 
wife Ginger, Gawain A. Corcoran and his wife Wanda, Ann M. Corcoran, and Ashley 
Corcoran-West; nine grandchildren, Colleen, Micah, Casey, Ashton, Jordan, 
Gavin, Brittany, Remy, and Rehleigh; three sisters, his twin Francine Flanders, 
Charlene Gorman, and Mary June Adema; his former wife, Lilly Campora Corcoran; 
as well as a host of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank Joseph Corcoran and Una Dupre 
Corcoran South.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Ibert's Mortuary, Inc., 1007 Main Street, 
Franklin, LA
