Cynthia Marie Ballet, 63, a native of Berwick, LA and resident of Morgan City, 
LA, passed away on Monday June 27, 2016 at 11:42 PM at the Patterson Healthcare 
Center in Patterson, LA.

Visitation will be observed on Saturday July 2, 2016 at the Mason United 
Methodist Church 601 Oregon Street Berwick, LA, from 1:00 PM until funeral 
services at 2:00 PM. 

Burial will follow funeral services in the Berwick Cemetery in Berwick, LA. 
Reverend Harold Spain will officiate the services.

Memories of Cynthia will forever remain in the hearts of her sister, Myra Delco 
and her husband, Raymond of Berwick, LA; one brother, Alvin Ballet of Houston, 
TX; one niece, two nephews, three great nieces; a god-son, Dantraell Benjamin; 
four close friends who called her "Patsy or Cynt", Julester Harper, Diane 
Givens, Ramona Benjamin and Fannie Evans and a host of other relatives and 
friends. 

Cynthia was preceded in death by her parents,  Eugene Johnson and Eula Bateman-
Ballet; one brother, Albert Johnson and two sisters, Baby Myra Johnson and 
Clara Ballet and a cousin, Vernon Singleton.
