He will be buried in Special Providence Baptist Church cemetery. Apostle Matthew Sias, Pastor of The Lord is My Shepherd Ministries, Breaux Bridge, LA, will officiate the service. Visitation will be Saturday, July 9, 2016, from 8:00 AM until the time of service at MK Dixon Funeral Home. Henry Joseph Bob was born February 11, 1949, in Baldwin, Louisiana to the late James Henry Bob and the late Olamp Bob. He departed this life on June 27, 2016 at Franklin Foundation Hospital. Mr. Bob was a long time employee of Mc Dermott. He was blessed with many talents. He had a successful career as a welder. His carpentry skills were phenomenal and he was a mechanic during his spare time. He was also known as a jack-of-all-trades. He valued his family significantly and always willing to help others when in need. He was a faithful and loving father. We loved him but God loves him best. He was preceded in death by his parents, James Henry and Olamp Bob; two sisters: Joyce Harmon and Mary Wilson; two brothers: Richard Bob and Ray Charles Bob; one grandson; Maurice Clay Jr. He leaves to cherish his sweet memories, four daughters: Shelita Bob (Bobbie) Green of New Iberia, LA; Nisheka (Maurice) Clay of Colorado Springs, CO, Chantelle Bob of Scott, LA, and Deondra (Ken Sr.) Williams of Franklin, LA; 3 sons: James (Tammy) Cerf of Port Arthur, TX, Ernest Lanceslin (LaDarrellinique Butler) of Ball, LA, and De'borya Bob of Charenton, LA; eighteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; two sisters: Shirley Toussaint and Lillie B. (Frank Sr.) Smith of Baldwin, LA; one brother: Leroy Sr. (Nellie) Bob of Oliver, LA; two aunts: Vivian Bob Tillman of Baldwin, LA and Rose Mae Bob Tillman of Houston, TX; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
