Carroll Gene Broussard, a native and former longtime resident of Franklin and a 
recent resident of Baldwin passed away at the age of 59 at his home on 
Saturday, June 18, 2016. Private memorial services will be held by the 
immediate family at a later date with inurnment in the Franklin Cemetery.

Carroll is survived by his son, David Savoy; his grandson, Andrew Savoy; his 
step-daughter, Brittney Savoy; his mother, Flavia "Pat" Dupuy Broussard; as 
well as numerous aunts, uncles, and family members.

He was preceded in death by his father, Relius Broussard; and his brother, 
Johnny Broussard.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Ibert's Mortuary, Inc., 1007 Main Street, 
Franklin, LA
