BOWIE, GERALDINE 

Geraldine Bowie, 74, a native of the Ashton community and resident of Franklin, 
died Monday, Aug. 8, 2016, at Franklin Health Care Center.

Visitation will be Saturday from 9 a.m. until services at 11 a.m. at Otis 
Mortuary Chapel in Franklin, the Rev. Edward Williams officiating. 

Interment will follow in the Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery in Baldwin.

She is survived by two sons, Rodney Bowie of Franklin and Tyrone Bowie of San 
Antonio; one brother, McKinnley Bowie Sr. of Houston; two sisters, Jane Bowie 
of Franklin and Drucella Bowie of Berwick; and one grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents, five brothers and two sisters.
Otis Mortuary of Franklin is in charge of arrangements.
