Mr. Hayward Joseph Cormier, 61, passed away on Tuesday, August 9, 2016 at 
Morgan City Healthcare Center.

He was born on February 13, 1955, the son of Loyton Cormier and Hazel Marie 
Hernandez Cormier.

Hayward was a fun loving soul who enjoyed visiting with friends, cookouts, 
dancing, and shooting pool; however, his passion was riding his Cam-Am Spider. 
He was a dear son and friend that will be missed by all who knew him.

He is sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his longtime friends, Sidney 
Henry and his fiance Miko Katsura; and niece, Melinda Hebert of Youngsville; 
and a host of friends.

Hayward is preceded in death by his parents, Loyton Cormier and Hazel Marie 
Hernandez Cormier; sister, Elaine Hulin; and best friend, David Gentry.

Sidney and Miko would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Hospice of South 
Louisiana, Morgan City Healthcare Center, Annette Gentry, Katherine and Armond 
LeBlanc, and Earl King.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
