Visitation will be observed on Saturday May 20, 2017 from 9:00 AM until funeral services at 1:00 PM at the New Jerusalem Church of God in Christ United Church 523 Martin Luther King Avenue Patterson, LA 70392. A celebration of life will be celebrated at 1:00 PM with Bishop Micheal Ford, serving as the Eulogist. Burial will follow funeral services in the Morgan City Cemetery. Alcide leaves to cherish his memories; five brothers; Charles Narcisse, James Narcisse, Anthony Narcisse and Marshal Narcisse all of Beaumont, TX and Robert Narcisse of Morgan City, LA; five sisters, Janet Narcisse, Mary Stuberfield and her husband Craig, and Cynthia Narcisse all of Beaumont, TX, Martha Green of Patterson, LA., and Mary Levy and her husband Keith of Patterson, LA; an aunt, Timmie Parker of Verdunville, LA, one sister-in-law, Gloria Hebert of Morgan City, LA, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Alcide was preceded in death by his parents, Marshall Hebert, Sr. and Mildred Parker Hebert. ===================
