Please go to http://usgwarchives.net/la/stmary/obits/dateobits/2017/sm1706.htm and click on the name of interest. ========== Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 28, 2017, at the Church of the Assumption in Franklin during a 1:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial for Barbara Claire Naquin Gorman, a native and lifelong resident of Franklin who passed away peacefully at the age of 84 on Monday, June 26, 2017,at her daughter's home in Franklin. She will be laid to rest in the Franklin Cemetery. Father Billy Ruskoski will conduct the services. A gathering of family and friends will be held Wednesday at the church from 9:00 a.m. until time of Mass at 1:00 p.m., with the Holy Rosary being prayed at 11:00 a.m. Those she leaves to cherish her memory include her four children, Mary Beth Gorman, Lisa G. Eddlemon and her husband Troy, Karen G. Randazzo and her husband Mark, and David Gorman and his wife Lisa; six grandchildren, Stephanie Legnon and her husband Jeffrey, Nicole LeBoeuf and her husband Matthew, Heather Randazzo, Jacob Randazzo, Brooke Gorman and her fiancé Joshua Hebert, and Brandon Gorman; two great grandchildren, Kaden Legnon and Anna Claire LeBoeuf; dear friend and caregiver, Larry Moak; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and family members. She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Bernard Gorman; her parents, Anatole John Naquin Sr. and Marcelite Olivier Naquin; two sisters, Ruby Naquin and Pearl N. Hebert; and four brothers, Anatole John Naquin Jr., Raymond "Nookie" Naquin, Charles Naquin, and Leroy Eugene Naquin. Serving as pallbearers will be David Gorman, Troy Eddlemon, Brandon Gorman, Jeffrey Legnon, Larry Moak, Matthew LeBoeuf, Mark Randazzo, and Kaden Legnon.
