FLAVIA KNOBLOCK. - On Saturday morning, Oct. 25th. the large circle of friends of Mrs. Flavia Knoblock, nee Knight, were deeply grieved over her sudden death which occurred at the home of her sister, Mrs. Chevie Sanders. Deceased had been residing here for about eight years, and was highly esteemed by the good people of New Iberia. She was a native of St. Mary parish and leaves one son, Mr. Earl Knoblock of New York and a large number of grand-children, sons, and daughters of Mr. Thomas Rogers of Lafourche. Besides these, she leaves to mourn her, two sisters, Miss Mamie Knight of Lake Charles and Mrs. Sanders of this City, at whose home she expired. The remains were taken to Thibodaux for interment.
