Visitation was Sunday evening and this morning at Hargrave Funeral Home in Morgan City. Funeral services were held today at St. Andrew Catholic Church in Amelia. Burial followed in the church cemetery. Survivors include her husband, Huey John Ohmer Sr. of Amelia; three sons, Huey J. Ohmer Jr., Jimmy A. Ohmer and Joel A. Ohmer, all of Amelia; three daughters, Mrs. Gerald (Julie) Barbier and Mrs. Joe (Cindy) Bruni, both of Morgan City, and Mrs. Lynn (Nancy) Gros of Missouri City, Texas; four brothers, Charles Aucoin of Gibson, Eugene J. Aucoin Jr. of Labadieville, Robert J. Aucoin of New Iberia and Wayne Aucoin of Gibson;. three half-brothers, Danny Aucoin and Darrell Aucoin, both of Bayou Vista, and Larry Aucoin of Amelia; her father, Eugene Aucoin Sr. of Amelia; and eight grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother, Ruby Morgan Aucoin, and one grandchild, Heather Ohmer. Hargrave is in charge of arrangements.
