Copied: In 1976, a Mrs. Creel took Dolores P. Butler & Doris M. Holden into the thicket across from her home to show us the evidence of the cemetery. Mrs. Creel said her son, who is now deceased, came across the cemetery while playing, and showed it to her. She was told when asking about it that the cemetery was no longer being used, and the headstones had been removed when the highway was built through part of the cemetery. We were unable to determine the number of graves because of the condition of the area. Two that we were told were buried here: Enoch Talley d 22 Apr. 1889, a 78 y 7 m 5 d Avarilla Mizell Talley d 28 June 1871
