Wilson, Judge of the 8th Judicial District, State of Louisiana, Parish of St. Tammany The Petition of Emile Lefrere residing in the Parish of St. Tammany. I respectfully represent to Your Honorable Court that he has resided in the Parish of St. Tammany over ten years, that he was born in France. That he makes this his declaration of intention to become a citizen of the United States, that it is bonafide his intention to become a citizen of the United States and to renounce forever all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate state or sovereignty whatever and particularly Napoleon III, Third Emperor of France or prince potentate, state or sovereignty whereof he was lately a citizen and subject.
