She was a native of Haddonfield, N.J., and a past resident of Huntsville, Ala., New Orleans, a resident of Pearl River, and was a longtime employee at Todd Schaeffer's Restaurant. She was an accomplished chef, an avid gardener, and she had numerous artistic interests. She is survived by three children, Blaine Thomas Boudreaux (Andrea), Karen Celeste Boudreaux (spouse, William Johnson) and Claire Elise Brenia; brother, James E. Frosch; a sister, Yvette F. Asher; a grandson, Reed Johnson; and her companion, Steven Brenia. Patsy is also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. A memorial mass will be held at noon Tuesday at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 325 Westchester Blvd., Slidell. Visitation begins at 10 a.m. Her remains will be interred at Lakelawn Metairie Cemetery, Metairie. D.T. Williams Funeral Home, Pearl River in charge of arrangements. ===================
