Survived by his wife Geri Chenier Cavaretta. Father of Keith Cavaretta (Barbara Ann) of Madisonville, Kevin Cavaretta (Cindy) of Mandeville, Karl Cavaretta of Madisonville, Angela Cavaretta Wilson (Mike) of Mobile, AL and Gina Cavaretta Bounds (Mike) of Madisonville. Brother of Frank Cavaretta (Betty) and Barabara Cavaretta Schnelly. Son of the late Angelo and Ethel Cavaretta. Also survived by 15 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. He graduated from Nicholls State University in Thibodeaux, LA, well admired school teacher at St. Paul's High School, Folsom Jr. High School and Southeastern University in Hammond. He was currently the Director of the Mandeville Community Center. He will be greatly missed. Age 71 years. A native of New Orleans and a resident of Folsom, LA for the past 40 years. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral service at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home Inc., 2260 W. 21st. Ave., Covington, LA 70433 on Thursday, June 17, 2010 at 12:00 PM. Visitation on Wednesday from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM and on Thursday from 10:00 AM until service time. In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer donations to the family for Keith's transplant surgery or donation to the Blood Center of Southeast LA in Keith's name. ===================
