Christian H. (Chris) Cleland passed away Wednesday, June 9, 2010. A native and 
life resident of Waldheim, he was born February 14, 1920 to the late John Edward 
and Rosa Dutsch Cleland.

The beloved husband of Lilia Aracely Centes Cleland, he is survived by his 
daughter, Cynthia Cleland Branch and his granddaughter, Anna Grace Branch. He 
was preceded in death by two sisters, Rosa C. Fauntleroy and Hazel C. 
Fauntleroy; four brothers: Leo C., Sr. John E., Jr., Herbert and Ellis R. 
Cleland.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend funeral services at 
11:30 AM on Friday, June 11, 2010 at E.J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 W. 21st 
Ave., Covington, LA 70433.

Visiting hours will begin Friday at 9:30 AM.

Interment at the Cleland Cemetery will immediately follow services.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Hospice of St. Tammany, 4410 
Highway 22 Mandeville, LA 70471.
